Refunds
Gifts are final, with a few exceptions (a Gift that didn't show because of our error, a duplicate or unauthorized charge). Email us with the order number from your receipt.

- In the Hunnid app: Me → Delete account. Your DJ page goes offline right away.
- Or email support@hunnid.app from the email on your sign-in account (or with your @handle) and we'll delete it for you.
Your page goes offline right away. We delete your profile, photo, and sign-in within 90 days, once any pending payouts are paid. Gift, payout, and tax records are kept for 7 years and fraud and moderation records for 3 years, as the law and our Privacy Policy require; then they're deleted.
